Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will grant you absolute control over your e-mail box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box in no time and manage its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward e-mail messages from one e-mail box to another, create mail filters, create auto-response messages and protect your email boxes against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming e-mails on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Just select the e-mailbox you would like to forward email messages from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the mail client of your preference to access your mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email box accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
